By creating an account or using BettingProfessor.app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be of legal age to wager in your jurisdiction (18 or 21+, depending on location) and must comply with all local, state, and national laws. Use of the app where sports wagering or related analytics is prohibited is not authorized.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues through the paid period.
• Prices and features may change; material changes apply at your next renewal.
• Refunds, when applicable, follow the policy of the platform you subscribed through (web, App Store, or Play Store).

Free trials grant temporary access to paid features. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price.

Certain features — including advanced analytics, AI tools, and expanded pick access — are available only on paid tiers. Feature availability may change as the product evolves.

• No automated scraping, bots, or reverse engineering.
• No reselling or republishing of picks, analytics, or model outputs.
• No abusive, harassing, or unlawful conduct.
• No sharing of account credentials.

AI-generated analysis can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. It is educational content, not advice. See the AI Transparency page for details.

Historical performance, win rates, ROI figures, and confidence levels are backward-looking and do not guarantee future results. You may lose money. We make no warranty that any pick, model, or strategy will be profitable. You are solely responsible for any wager you place.

All content, branding, models, algorithms, designs, and code are owned by NortonGriffinProperties LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or build derivative products without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from the Delete Account page.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not accept, place, or transmit wagers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NortonGriffinProperties LLC, its employees, and partners are not liable for any losses (including wagering losses), damages, or claims arising out of your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Hillsborough County, Florida.
